Our Policy

Due to the nature of our services and the significant commitment we make to each client, we do not offer refunds for The Rooted Transformation Package or any other paid programs offered by Rooted Health Online.

Why We Have This Policy

1. Reserved Time & Capacity: When you enroll in our program, we reserve dedicated 1-on-1 time with Dr. Nicole Maxwell, NMD exclusively for you. This time cannot be offered to other potential clients, representing a significant opportunity cost.

2. Digital Materials: Upon enrollment, you gain immediate access to digital resources, program materials, and our secure client portal. These materials cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

3. Personalized Nature: Each program is customized specifically to your health goals and needs. The personalization process begins immediately upon enrollment and cannot be reversed.

4. Mutual Commitment: True health transformation requires commitment from both practitioner and client. This policy ensures that enrolling clients are fully committed to their healing journey.

How We Ensure the Right Fit

We understand this is a significant investment. That's why we've designed a thorough vetting process before any financial commitment:

• Detailed Application: Your application helps us understand your health goals, challenges, and expectations.
• Complimentary Clarity Call: Every potential client has a 15-minute complimentary consultation with Dr. Maxwell to discuss the program, ask questions, and ensure mutual fit.
• Full Transparency: We provide complete information about program inclusions, duration, time commitment, and investment before you enroll.
• No Pressure: There is never any pressure to enroll. The Clarity Call is an opportunity for both parties to determine if the partnership is right.

What This Means for You

Before enrolling, please ensure:

• You are ready to commit to the full 6-month program duration
• You can dedicate the necessary time for sessions and implementing your health plan
• You have reviewed and understand the full program investment ($3,500 pay-in-full or $4,002 via payment plan)
• You have realistic expectations about the process of health transformation
• You have asked all your questions during the Clarity Call

Payment Plan Obligations

If you choose the 6-month payment plan option, please note:

• You are obligated to complete all 6 monthly payments totaling $4,002
• Payments cannot be stopped or refunded once the program begins
• Missed payments may result in suspension of services and legal action to collect owed amounts

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life can present unexpected challenges. While we maintain our no refunds policy, we may consider:

• Payment Plan Adjustments: In rare cases of documented financial hardship, we may work with you to adjust your payment schedule.
• Session Rescheduling: We offer flexibility in rescheduling appointments when needed with adequate notice.

These considerations are made on a case-by-case basis and do not constitute a guarantee of accommodation.
